Woodbridge

Woodbridge is home to nearly 55,000 Virginia residents and is located about 20 miles south of Washington, DC and is easily accessible via I-95 and I-66.  Potomac Mills Mall, one of Virginia’s largest shopping centers and Potomac Towne Centre Shopping Centers are among the many attractions residents can enjoy.  Rippon Lodge, the oldest home in Prince William County, is a park and museum also located in Woodbridge.  For those that love the outdoors, they can enjoy the sights of the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Throughout Woodbridge, there are seven high schools and ten middle school and elementary schools, as well as quite a few options of private and Catholic schools.  Woodbridge is also home to Stratford University and the University of Valley Forge Virginia Campus.  Woodbridge is a very stable area with the average family income of $55,000 and only 4% of families below the poverty line.  The median home value in Woodbridge is about $295,000 making it an area that can offer a lot to those needing a lower price point but offering the higher price points as well.
