NoMA

NoMA, or North of Massachusetts Avenue, is located in northeast DC, east of Union Station.  With over $5 billion already privately invested into the development of residences and businesses, NoMA is continuing to blossom.  The District government made a capital investment of $50 million dollars in 2013 and there have been plans to build more than 20 square feet of residential, hotel and retail space.

NoMA is one of the most easily accessible areas in Washington, DC.  It has two red line Metro stops and can easily be reached via AmTrak and MARC.  By car, the neighborhood can be reached via I-395.  If you lke to bike or walk, this is great place to live!  NoMA is home to the east coast’s only Bike Station and has multiple Capital Bike Share stations to hop on a bike and ride from.  With the Metropolitan Branch Trail close by, you’ll have 8 miles of beautiful trail to help you get your exercise in.
